omniXM is pleased to announce Haroon Qureshi as our new Chief Executive Officer with the founding CEO, Nishant Padhye, transitioning to Chief Technology Officer.
Over the past five years, omniXM has seen significant growth under Nishant’s leadership and transformed into a prominent experience management company trusted by clients and partners globally. With this transition, Haroon will focus on the next stage of our business evolution and Nishant will further refine our state-of-the-art experience management platform.
Haroon is a well-regarded business leader with over 25 years of experience in retail, hospitality, and technology sectors. He has successfully led numerous critical contracts for hospitality world leaders like Sodexo and Compass Group over the years. For the past 5 years, he served as the Vice President of Technology & Innovation for Compass Group at Microsoft.
Haroon is known for his inspirational and inclusive leadership with a deep commitment to Associate engagement as well as development. His relentless drive for excellence and entrepreneurial approach for businesses growth have earned him great respect in the industry and we are thrilled to have him lead our organization.
Haroon and his wife Jennifer celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary earlier this year and live in Mill Creek, Washington with their three Children. Haroon enjoys outdoors, photography, travel and camping with his family.
